Some games are purchased from the Steam store. We purchase it once in our account, JUST to install it on all the PCs. After that you will have to purchase a game license from Steam for your own Steam account. These games need each account to have their separate license, hence you must purchase the game for your own library.

As of now we do NOT offer any refund for cancelled memberships.

You can put in a request for your game with the lounge's manager. Once we have enough demand we will get the game for you. If it is a game that has not launched yet, you can ask the manager if we are going to purchase it upon launch. We will have dedicated and themed events at our lounge from time-to-time for product and game launches.
